As a SSI Diamond Instructor Development Centre and with experience in the industry since 1995, we are well placed to provide quality Scuba Diving Training and help you secure a start in the recreational diving industry.
The SSI Dive Controller program will help you to develop your diving knowledge and skills to enable you to enter the diving industry as a professional Dive Controller.
The SSI Dive Control Specialist program is conducted over 6 weeks as an Scuba Diving Internship and combines knowledge development, watermanship skills, skill development, rescue evaluation, practical application and includes assistant instructor status which allows you to assist and teach open water courses and supervise resort dives.

Scuba Diving Internship
The Internship is an opportunity for you to put into practice all that you have learnt throughout the program by helping teach two complete open water program, with real students. This is not role playing, but a real course with fee paying clients. Your SSI Instructor will complete an evaluation on your performance and professionalism throughout the open water courses you are assisting on, to enable you to assess your own skills, strengths and weaknesses.
