Dive Education
AIR Diving Academy is an SSI Platinum Instructor Training Centre (SSI ITC) one of the very few dive operations in South East Asia to receive this accolade. Our team of Indonesian, European, Japanese, Korean and Australian SSI & PADI Instructors includes Bali’s only Dive operation with 2 full time active SSI Instructor Certifiers. Together they have trained more than 4000 divers successfully with a 100% safety record
Daily Dive Trips and Dive Safaris
Bali offers some of the most varied diving to be found anywhere, from reefs to wrecks, gentle drifts to high adrenalin roller-coaster rides. Our dive guides are either certified PADI Divemasters | SSI Dive Controllers or Instructors, each of them have logged more than 2500 dives within the Bali Dive sites. This vast store of knowledge and experience allows them to plan dives to suit every kind of diver and to show you Bali’s extraordinary diversity of marine life.
They are not content merely to trot our customers around well-known sites, but pioneer fresh areas and are always searching for the unusual in the ‘usual’ spots. The special sites we offer are the result of our constant exploration of Bali’s wonderful coastline and islands

Community and Environment commitment
We strongly believe it is a part of our responsibility to ensure the sustainability of Bali’s underwater realm. Air Diving Academy works with numerous conservation and environmentalist groups, including the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Reefcheck International (RCI), local NGOs and the Indonesian Maritime and Fisheries Ministry (IMFM).
In early 2001, we engaged local NGO Bahtera Nusantara (BA) to establish a community-development program at Les Village in the north East section of Bali. Our foreign partner in this project includes the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Les Village has now been designated as the first “Community-based Eco-trading and Eco-tourism site” in Bali by the Indonesian government, and has been nominated as a recipient of the Equator Award in 2004 by the UNDP. We are the only Bali Dive Centre on Bali to be authorized to lead trips to Les Village and visit its coral-farming project, as well as the sustainable, non-cyanide fishing project
